Breakfast – corn flakes and friend egg and toast
Lunch – amaranth aaloo ka parantha
Corn flakes for tea
Dinner – Soup quinoa, paneer, broccoli and baby corn.
I am glad I was able to have this light dinner today. There was a lot of temptation to have a heavy dinner. Buglie massi and Kamal massi had come over today and they said I was looking slimmer. That is good news.
