Diet Log

Breakfast – oast pullao

Lunch – channe chawal and khichdi

No gas, but having the lassi causes trouble. I should avoid it. I always get greedy just looking at it.

Dinner – dosas, coconut chutni and teende.

Hopefully I can make dosas and utpams a regular part of my meals as a replacement for rotis. I think they are easier on my stomach.
