Breakfast – bakes beans and 3 toasts

Went for two walks before this

Lunch – Mixed aata roti made like a parontha with sabzi. Have stopped having lassi.

Tea – Cucumber sandwich with lemonade

Dinner – Rice with mushrooms and daal

Had one boondi ka laddu. Has one pera. Has custard twice.

Need to cut down dessert tomorrow.
