  1. Day one done. Felt fine today. Feeling a little sad in the evening. More like nostalgia or some more gentler feeling. Should be fine.

  2. Day two done. Went fine. I was more active. My mind was quite active. I did not sleep in the afternoon. Let’s see how things go.

  3. Day three done. Felt very well. Very relaxed. Got a two hour nap in the day without feeling groggy. Had a productive evening later as well.
