August 22nd 2021 - Bhakti is not well

Summary

She has a viral and she is in a pretty bad state. Have started giving her medicine that I saw from Dr. Kirti’s video. I hope it helps her. I think it definitely will. Her immune system seems to be down. I think one cause is that she is overworked and needs some help to get her body to homeostatis. She needs help for her mind as well. She is either in a hyperwork state or a depressed state. She finds it hard to be in a middle relaxed state.

Went for a really nice drive to the Indo Global Colleges Area

This is while I did path after doing the Hanuman ji upai. It was very nice.

Going well. I think slowly I might be able to head towards one meal a day. But, I need to eat less.

Learning

Went well. It is challenging and still a good learning experience. I am happy with the course. May God give me energy to learn in a slow and steady manner. May God also bless me with the gift of enjoying my work and doing it properly.

General Thoughts

Maybe will get an appointment for her with Dr. Rashmi.

I think I am feeling better with the Dr. Rashmi appointment and her medicine. My own research and adding medicines has also helped.

I think the long walk makes a difference. I could not do that today.

Had good sleep last night and good energy today.

The intermittent fasting is also going well. Today I had only two meals 1) lunch 2) dinner at 6pm

I was very full at dinner time. Mom added paneer to my diet. That helps me keep full for a longer period of time.

Ayurvedic Medicines

Did not add anything today as it was Sundary.

I do think I should get some key medicines like Mag Phos, Acid Phos MT and the Ferrum Sip medicine. Maybe I'll get them tomorrow.

Good energy. Need to eat a little less as it was very heavy for me to digest the huge lunch I ate today. Same with dinner. I need to take the quantity down.
