Had a smaller cup of milk tonight. Had milk with the Kottakkal ghritham, honey, ashwagandha (vyas) 1 tea spoon.
Had some ajwain after the milk. Feeling fine till now.
Was vegetarian today.
It was very hard to be vegetarian in the last two days as I have had to resist a lot of tasty options. Just go one meal at a time and develop your will power. Just think about the benefit you will get just in case you are wrong about eating non-veg.
The actual reason you started is that you are having a lot of satvic food. Don't include non veg in that. Try and have some restraint. If you really feel like having it, have it once a week or something like that. Not every other day.
