July 18th 2021 - 2nd Gugga Pir Upai

Summary

Went with mom for my second Gugga pir upai. It was her first one. The temple was locked, but we paid our respects and lit our diya outside. There was a diya there with flowers already.

Diet General Thoughts
Going well. Cutting out the desserts is helping. I have been snacking on this packet of masala kaju. They are quite tasty. Bhakti says they help produce serotonin.

Learning

Going well. He has made the course very simple. It also helps that I have dabbled with WP for some time now. I am making slow and steady progress. Just have to keep learning something new everyday or practice what I have already learned.

General Thoughts

  • Slept in the afternoon.
  • Had South Indian food - very tasty.
  • In the morning attended the Rahul Rathi call with Bhaji. It was nice.
  • We also worked on pulling out the stock documents for tax.
  • Went for a walk/run with Bhakti. She is doing a great job of running. Hope she keeps getting the motivation to run.
  • Gave Miles medicine. He seems to be doing better.
  • The weather was humid, but very nice in the evening when we went for a run.
  • I'm enjoying learning about wordpress with the Marcelo course.
  • Need to start learning React soon.

Was very tired after lunch.

Sleep Quality

Sleep quality has been better than before. I have not taken any sleep medication to go to sleep in the past two days. But, the sleep at night has been with dreams of anxiety- fighting with other people. I have not been very calm. I am hoping that with the increase in Vitamin D levels and Testosterone this will get better.
