Was Vegetarian?

Breakfast: Upma
Mid Morning Snack: Coconut malai and water
Lunch: Khichdi and dal ke paronthe with dahi
Lunch Desert: elaichi
Tea: Cream toasts 2
Dinner: Couscous, baked dish, bread, veggies
Dinner Desert: Mango
Diet General Thoughts
Keep mixing things up. Don't have the same thing everyday. Keep a day of the week where you have a different type of grain as well along with wheat and rice. One day for non veg is fine if you feel the need.


Just taking it easy. I think I am just relaxing with this Photoshop course before I start with the bootcamp.
