Keep mixing things up. Don't have the same thing everyday.
Keep a day of the week where you have a different type of grain as well along with wheat and rice.
One day for non veg is fine if you feel the need.
Just taking it easy. I think I am just relaxing with this Photoshop course before I start with the bootcamp.

Slept in the afternoon
Woke up fine - not to hungover
Sent the list of Ayurveds to Gurjot chachi
Had the Dr. Chauhan immunity medicine to finish it
Started vitamin D on alternate days - the 5000 IU
Started multivitamin today also
Started B12 yesterday
Gave B12 to Zara also
Good energy day. Need more to power through the day comfortably. Had to sleep in the afternoon.
