Diet General Thoughts
Going well. I am eating to my heart's content. Happy to be veg. Getting energy from Vitamin D.
Enjoying the Marcelo WP course. With this new energy I feel like studying more.
Studied wordpress Marcelo. Good course.
Had energy in the second half of the day.
M yesterday. Not good.
Went for a bike ride with Zara. Was fun.
Good energy after having 15,000 IU in the second half of the day. 10,000 was not enough.
