Today the Dezire was services and tried the Khaskhas milk. Let’s see the effect.

Breakfast: uthpam
Mid Morning Snack: mango
Lunch: mutter paneer rice
Lunch Desert: mango
Tea: Sprouts
Dinner: Burgers
Diet General Thoughts
Need to keep eating vitamin D rich foods along with B12. Also need omega 3 fatty acids. Will look into alsi oil. Having seven seas and an omega fatty acid capsule also.

General Thoughts

I started sitting in the sun. Felt more energetic and did not have to sleep in the afternoon. Will try that tomorrow also.

Yesterday I had the sarpgandha vati to sleep and got good sleep after having it.

Was relaxed through the morning.
