June 26th 2021 - Sarpgandha vati last night

Summary

Needed to have Sarpgandha vati last night as I woke up at 3 am. It helped me go back to sleep and reduced the tightening on the right side. I’ve had a little bit of a lose stomach today, but energy has been fine. The blood pressure or energy level stays low, but I was able to function properly.

When I stand up or climb up the stairs I feel light headed.

Going well. Happy to be vegetarian. Having vitamin D supplements. Let's see what the difference is in about six weeks.

I am enjoying learning photoshop. I am not sure how I've reached here, but I have. I like the idea of being able to put a design "on paper" before coding it.
