June 27th 2021 - Went to Himachal (near Timber Trail)
Went to Himachal near Timer Trail. It was good, but also exhausting. Search for energy continues.
Breakfast: Besan roti
Mid Morning Snack: Coconut malai and water - this was great should have it everyday
Lunch: Chole bhature, chatt, kulfi
Lunch Desert: Saunf
Tea: Two butter toasts
Dinner Desert: Cherries
Diet General Thoughts
Going fine. Need to be careful not to worsen the vaat. Going fine.
Need to stick to the beginner to pro for some time. If I don't like a section I should skip it, but should complete the whole section.

Having Vitamin D and hoping that will change things
Having Dr. Sharma's medication
Going for walks
Sitting in the sun for 10 mins everyday
Trying to eat healthier and in moderation. Fewer desserts.
Have found some solutions for sleep at night.
Need to research Sarpgandha vati more to see what is the ingredient in it that helps alleviate my issues.
N is at 7.5 mg and on some days I just take 5 mg.
Studies doing web design - Photoshop.
Have not coded in some time. Let's see when I get back to it. Can't study too much in one day.
