Went to Himachal near Timer Trail. It was good, but also exhausting. Search for energy continues.

Breakfast: Besan roti
Mid Morning Snack: Coconut malai and water - this was great should have it everyday
Lunch: Chole bhature, chatt, kulfi
Lunch Desert: Saunf
Tea: Two butter toasts
Dinner: Karela
Dinner Desert: Cherries
Diet General Thoughts
Going fine. Need to be careful not to worsen the vaat. Going fine.

Learning

Need to stick to the beginner to pro for some time. If I don't like a section I should skip it, but should complete the whole section.

General Thoughts

Few bullet points of these times:

  • Having Vitamin D and hoping that will change things
  • Having Dr. Sharma's medication
  • Going for walks
  • Sitting in the sun for 10 mins everyday
  • Trying to eat healthier and in moderation. Fewer desserts.
  • Have found some solutions for sleep at night.
  • Need to research Sarpgandha vati more to see what is the ingredient in it that helps alleviate my issues.
  • N is at 7.5 mg and on some days I just take 5 mg.
  • Studies doing web design - Photoshop. 
  • Have not coded in some time. Let's see when I get back to it. Can't study too much in one day.
