Pretty tired today. Not sure why. No nap in the afternoon.

Breakfast: uthpam and coconut chutni
Mid Morning Snack: coconut water
Lunch: black dal and rice
Lunch Desert: saunf
Tea: paneer sandwich
Dinner: mushroom and rice
Dinner Desert: ice cream - also had two glasses of ruafza after the run

Going fine. I felt a craving for eating chicken today. Let's see if it is there tomorrow.

Quite tired and do not do much in the day. Just barely doing something everyday hoping that I will get more energy soon.

Started fish oil today. Went to the Sector 27 pharmacy and got the ark and brahmi vati swarn along with the fish oil.

Very tired today

Did not take a nap

Went for a run

Had to take sarpgandha vati to sleep last night

The tiredness could be the effects of that.

Sun bathed.

Started thinking about taking a trip to the US to see how things are.

Tomorrow is the Ganesh Ji upai and a call with the NuCamp person.
